How do I create a service request?
Open the request form, attach a photo or short video of the issue, choose the service and district, add your contact details and send. The form is on one page and needs no account.
How is the price decided?
The price is set once the scope is clear. If photos are not enough for a first assessment we plan a survey, and no work starts before the scope and quote are put to you for approval.
When is the appointment planned?
The appointment is planned after the scope is approved, around the district route plan and any building access rules. The date and time are agreed with you.
Which districts do you serve?
We run planned service in Küçükçekmece, Başakşehir, Avcılar, Beylikdüzü, Bakırköy, Bahçelievler and Esenyurt. If your district is not listed you can still write to us and we will assess the scope together.
Who supplies the materials?
You can supply the materials yourself or ask EVİZO to source them. Either way, material items are listed separately in the scope.
How is work that needs several trades handled?
The order of plumbing, electrical, tiling and painting work is planned up front and run through a single record. Coordinating between teams is EVİZO’s responsibility, not yours.
