Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698, this notice explains which personal data is processed when you send EVİZO a service request or a message, for what purpose and on what legal basis, who the data is shared with, and what rights you have.
Data controller and the scope of this notice
For the personal data covered here, EVİZO acts as the data controller. The notice covers the service request form on this website, the request tracking screen, the contact form, and the correspondence you have with us by phone and WhatsApp. Because no separate registered electronic mail address or application desk is published on this page, every application described in this notice is received through the contact channels published on the site.
The personal data we process
When you create a request we process your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, the full address where the appointment will take place and, if you choose to add it, your location, together with the description of the problem and any photos or videos you upload. Records belonging to the request itself are added to this: the reference number, the service and district you selected, status changes, appointment details, the scope and quote shared with you, and the message history. When you use the contact form, only what you type into the name, phone, subject and message fields is processed. None of these fields ask for identity documents, health information or payment card details, and you should not share such data with us.
The photos and videos you upload
Images are processed so that the source of a fault can be assessed remotely and the right team assigned. Files you upload are not published at any public address; they can be viewed only by the authorised EVİZO staff handling the request, the technician assigned to the job, and your own tracking session. Using such images for reference or promotional purposes only happens if you give separate, explicit permission. When taking a photo, please take care to keep household members, neighbours, identity documents and private information shown on screens out of the frame.
Purposes of processing and legal grounds
Your data is processed in order to assess the request, plan a survey where one is needed, prepare the scope and quote and put them to you for approval, run the appointment and team assignment, record how the work progresses, and communicate with you. This processing rests on the ground that it is necessary for the establishment and performance of a contract. Keeping request and transaction records, retaining them as evidence in the event of a dispute and monitoring service quality rest on EVİZO’s legitimate interest. Where legislation requires records to be kept, the ground is compliance with a legal obligation. Any processing beyond this that is not necessary rests solely on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Transfers and service providers
Your personal data is shared only to the extent the work requires: with the EVİZO staff running the request, the technician or subcontracted team assigned to the job, and the providers of our hosting, file storage and messaging infrastructure. The technician receives only what is needed to carry out the work. Properly made requests from public authorities that are legally entitled to them are also met. Beyond this, your data is not sold, rented or transferred for marketing purposes. Because the servers of the infrastructure providers we use may be located abroad, any such transfer is made in line with the conditions set out in the legislation.
Retention period and security
Request records and uploaded images are kept for as long as delivering the service requires, and afterwards for the limitation and retention periods set out in legislation; once those periods expire they are deleted or anonymised. Access is restricted by role and assignment, and customer files are held in storage that is not publicly accessible. A reference number alone does not grant access to personal information: the tracking screen verifies the phone number recorded on the request alongside the reference. Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and access events are logged.
Your rights and how to exercise them
Under article 11 of the law you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about it if it has been; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties to whom data has been transferred at home or abroad; ask for correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate; ask for erasure or destruction where the conditions are met; ask that correction and erasure be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to; object to an outcome against you produced solely by automated analysis; and claim compensation if you suffer loss because of unlawful processing. You can submit requests about these rights through the contact channels published on the site, in a form that lets us verify your identity, and your request will be concluded within the period the legislation provides.
Online interior design briefs
When you use the EVİZO Online Interior Design brief form we process your name, phone, WhatsApp and email details; your country and city; your project type, area, property status, timing, style, budget and package preferences; your project description; and the photos, videos, floor plans, PDF, DWG/DXF files, sketches and inspiration images you upload. We process this data to assess your request, give you a Project ID, contact you and, if we agree on the work, deliver the design service, on the legal basis that it is necessary to enter into and perform a contract. The form can only be sent after you accept the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
Who can access project files
The files you upload are never published at a public address; they are kept in closed storage and access is checked every time a file is opened. Only EVİZO managers and the design team members assigned to your project can see the files and the brief, and only as far as their task requires. Our team may include freelance designers working in other countries; they see only the projects assigned to them and never your contact details such as phone, WhatsApp or email. Where AI-assisted tools support the design work, only the brief and images needed for the task are shared with them, never your contact details.
Portfolio and marketing consent
Using project images in the EVİZO portfolio and marketing is a separate, optional consent. It is not a condition of the service and is never pre-selected. If you give it, images are used without your personal details. You can withdraw it at any time through the contact channels published on the site; withdrawal applies to any use from that date on.
