Common questions about online design

Do I need to be in Türkiye to use the service?

No. The online interior design service accepts projects from anywhere in the world and runs online. Only when you ask for execution do we check whether a suitable partner is available at your location.

What information and files should I send?

The most useful start is photos of the space from different angles, a floor plan or measurements if you have them, a short video and inspiration images you like. PDF, DWG and DXF files are accepted too. Without a plan, approximate measurements and a sketch still help.

How is the fee decided?

The site does not calculate prices automatically. After reviewing your brief, area, scope and chosen package, we share the fee and scope with you before any work starts.

Does AI design my home?

No. AI helps our team work faster on brief analysis, ideas and alternatives, visualisation and project organisation. The final design and technical drawings are reviewed and approved by specialists.

Can I ask for revisions?

Yes. At the concept and 3D stages you can approve or request a revision; every decision is recorded with its date and time and every new file is kept as a separate version. The revision scope follows the agreed package.

Who can see my files?

Your files are kept in private, non-public storage and only the EVİZO team assigned to your project can access them. Project images are never used in the portfolio unless you give separate, optional consent.

Can EVİZO also build the design?

With the Design + Execution package, execution can be coordinated with a local partner or team where the EVİZO network is available. Execution availability is confirmed based on project location.

Which languages do you work in?

We can run your project in English, Arabic and Turkish.
