Yes. You can take the plan, material selection and drawing package alone, then build with EVİZO teams or with your own contractor.

It may be possible; the decision rests on the drainage falls, the gas line and the electrical supply. At survey we check whether the waste pipe can reach the new sink position with enough fall. Because moving a gas line involves its own approval and installation process, that change is written into the design as a separate item.

It may be possible; what decides it is where the drain sits and whether the floor has enough depth to form the falls. We measure this at survey, and if a threshold-free shower is not achievable we present a low-profile tray alternative with its drawing.

A small chip on a colour card does not show the undertone or how the shade behaves in the light of the room. The same shade cools in north light and warms in south light or under warm-white lamps, so the decision is made after viewing large patches on the wall in the morning, at midday and in the evening.

An even grid lights the floor but often leaves walls, worktops and seating corners short, and because all the light comes from one direction the room looks flat. Completing the ambient light with task and accent layers gives a more balanced result in most homes.

Screens and showroom lighting misrepresent colour and texture, and how neighbouring materials affect one another cannot be judged by looking at each on its own. That is why floor, worktop, cabinet front and fabric samples are reviewed together on one board, in daylight and evening light, in the room where they will be used.
