Does finding a leak always mean breaking the wall?
No. We start with moisture readings, meter monitoring and visual inspection. Any surface to be opened is agreed with you only after the source has been narrowed down.
Why does my breaker keep tripping?
The most common causes are overload, a faulty appliance and moisture-related earth leakage. Noting which circuit trips and what was running speeds up diagnosis.
How often should an air conditioner be serviced?
One service per season is a common approach in busy homes. Filter cleaning may be needed more often depending on use.
Is painting over a damp stain enough?
No. Paint applied before the source is stopped will yellow and blister; we locate the source first and, once the surface is dry, continue with a stain-blocking primer.
Can several jobs be done in one visit?

Does a rubbing door need replacing?
Usually not. Hinge adjustment, a frame check and light planing where needed will normally solve it.
